The Role

This role supports the Head Chef in planning and executing the daily menu, which includes yakitori skewers, appetizers, and sides, while helping coordinate the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities involve preparing and cooking yakitori skewers, sauces, and sides to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Monitoring ingredient quality and finished dishes to meet restaurant standards is essential, along with managing inventory to keep the kitchen stocked and supplies rotated. The role requires adherence to Singapore's food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting junior kitchen staff through training. Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with experience in Japanese cuisine or yakitori preparation being highly preferred.
