Job Description

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and label items for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, performing routine equipment inspections.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures, actively engaging in safety drills and following WSH guidelines.
• Manage the receipt and release of inventory, including packing, unpacking, and assembling (if applicable), while ensuring proper storage of incoming and outgoing stock in the workshop inventory.
• Effectively plan and organize stock levels using appropriate inventory management methods.
• Perform additional tasks as required, such as housekeeping, facility upkeep, and technical duties.

Requirements

• Must have Class 3 driving licence.
• Possess valid forklift license will be an advantage.

20. Bringing worker to Open bank account

21. Mange all workers personal record .

22. Issue warning letter to non -compliance workers

23. Issue with MOM or Main contractor and worker solicitor on WIC Issues.

24. Purchasing safety equipment and tools for workers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledgeable or with experience in Oracle Netsuite system is an advantage

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
• Accounts Receivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cash balance.
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
• Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
• Handling staff claims.
• GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
