About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.

Responsibilities:

• Support any networking events with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
• Support mental health screening events to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
• Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs
• Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties
• Support the run of a caregiver support group

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder preferably with some social service experience
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community services
• Good communication skills (oral, written, bilingual) and interpersonal skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation
• This position is on a contract basis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Related

• Performing systems’ designing, installation, integration, testing (e.g.: acceptance tests), configuration, integration, and commissioning [for communication systems including but not limited to Network Monitoring System (NMS)]
• Conducting site surveys for project implementation matters
• Identifying contractual system requirements, and conducting technical reviews (to establish design baselines)

Project Related

• Liaising closely with various technical teams, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers for project implementation matters (e.g.: project schedules/ tracking, test plans, procedures, progress, status, etc.)
• Generating project related documentations (e.g.: quotations, Bill-of-Materials, Statement of Work (SOW), progress reports, test documentations, site as-built documents, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced (2 – 3 Years minimum) in Networking (i.e.: IP, Optical, etc.), Servers, Operating Systems and Web Technologies (e.g.: virtualization, databases, and security systems) and comfortable to take on project management duties (as mentioned under Responsibilities)
• Have relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, IP MPLS, Optical Network, etc.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaner on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

6. Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

4. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
