Job Responsibilities:

• Human Resources Planning and Talent Recruitment: Formulate the company's human resources strategy and plans in accordance with the company's development strategy, including but not limited to organizational structure design, job responsibilities, talent mapping, talent recruitment, etc.
• Goal Management: Assist the CEO and the management team in the formulation and implementation of goal management, performance appraisal, salary structure, incentive mechanism, etc.
• Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Organizational Development: Assist the CEO and the management team in the formulation and implementation of talent identification, employee growth plans, promotion mechanisms, etc., as well as in the management of employee relations.
• Establishment and Maintenance of the Human Resources Management System: Be responsible for establishing and continuously improving the relevant management rules, regulations, and processes related to human resources.
• Corporate Culture and Employer Brand Building: Assist the CEO in spreading corporate culture, establishing values, and building the employer brand, etc., so as to enhance team cohesion, combat effectiveness, and external influence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in human resources management.
• Have a solid professional foundation, strong execution ability, and strong ability to design human resources solutions and make overall arrangements.
• Possess good communication and collaboration abilities, be highly proactive in work, and have strong learning ability, ability to deliver results, and problem-solving ability.
• Have good oral and written English and Chinese skills.
• Those with experience in human resources management for Singaporean and international teams will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer the recruitment cycle from drafting and updating of job advertisements, job posting, screening of applicants, arranging for interviews, communicating job offers and on-boarding.
• Administer the off-boarding process, including work-pass cancellations, tax clearance.
• Prepare employee contracts and all HR letters.
• Administer employee-related and office insurance renewals and updates.
• Administer employee medical benefits, leave administration, staff attendance, security access.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain employee documents and data in HR systems and personnel physical files.
• Process payroll including income tax, CPF, NS-Make up pay
• Administer surveys from various ministries.
• Administer emails, phone calls on behalf of HR Department.
• Support Ad-Hoc HR Projects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Info-Tech HR Systems
• Familiar with Employment Act
• Able to Start Immediately is Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.

· Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.

· Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.

· Perform daily HR administrative duties.

· Handle work pass-related matters.

· Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.

· Carry out office administrative tasks.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.

· Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

· Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· A team player who can also work independently.

· Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.

· Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The Human Resources intern will support the day-to-day running of the teams, focusing on recruitment as well as team member engagement.

Talent Acquisition:

1. Draft role descriptions for openings, and put up openings on volunteer and recruitment platforms and schemes
2. Monitor, screen and follow up on applications to join the ActSEA family including arranging for interviews, preparing internship/employee/consultant agreements, and onboarding the incoming team members

Human Capital Management:

1. Work with each team’s lead to update the status of their team members, and follow up with members whose statuses have changed, including offboarding
2. Regularly update the ActSEA family profiles database, and encourage team members to update their profiles
3. Support volunteer management as needed

Employee Engagement:

1. Run and analyse data from mental health check-ins, and develop capacity and resources to support mental health
2. Improving company policies such as salary and anti-discrimination policies
3. Plan and carry out bonding sessions amongst full-time staff and members
4. Draft ActSEA’s quarterly volunteer newsletter
