• Check sales & service invoices against Purchase orders and delivery order.
• 3 Way matching (Invoice, DO and PO) & upload invoices with DO via AP-Direct, Esker, GEP.
• 3 Way matching (Invoice, DO and PO) & email invoices with DO to customers
• Send and check monthly Statement of Account to customers
• Process daily incoming customers’ receipts
• Assist the senior accountant on AR collection issues
• Update of other receivables schedule

Requirements

• Min NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in accounting
• No experience, training provided
• Those with AR exp will be an advantage

Job scope

• (85%) Engage with individuals (both patients and non-patients) in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and roadshow events. This involves in-person interactions, flyer distribution, and phone calls, among other activities.
• (15%) To assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
