What You’ll Do:

- Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Renumeration:

- $12-20/h for part timers

- $2200 - $3000 for full timers

Working hours

• A working minimum of 14 working days of training (can be more or less)
• 44 hours / week.
• 3 shift rotating (To rotate amongst all as scheduled):
• Morning: 830am-630pm / 830am - 530pm (with 1 hour break), 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (regardless of PH)
• Afternoon: 11am-9pm / 12pm-9pm (with 1 hour break), 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (regardless of PH)
• Night: 7pm-9am (with 2 hours break), 2 days on, 2 days off (regardless of PH)

Responsibilities

• Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation
• Pick and Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
• Arranging for deliveries for medications
• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time

Requirements:

• Min. N/O Level, Nitec & above in any field of study
• Able to work shifts
• Bonus to have related experience (Pharmacy Technicians/Pharmacy Assistants/Clinic Assistants/Logistics Assistants)

Job Description:

- Retail of music instruments, related accessories, lessons, books etc.

- Student-related admin duties (ie. scheduling, registration for exams etc.)

- Cashiering functions (ie issuing receipts for transactions, opening and closing shop accounts)

- Communications with students, teachers and walk-in customers

- Maintaining inventory and CRM records

- Basic accounting duties

- General housekeeping duties

- Stock and display organisation

- other operational ad-hoc duties (eg. Basic music instrument servicing)

- Off-day on weekday

Job requirements:

- able to work on weekends

- no minimum qualifications or work experience required

- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)

- Interest in music, or music knowledge is encouraged/preferred!

- long-term commitment preferred

- good interpersonal/ communication skills to work with students/parents, co-worker and teachers

- good organisational skills
