Job Description

A full-time Research Assistant position in the team led by Assistant Professor Chua Wei Ling is available at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. • Minimum Education with bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related area
• Minimum 4-6 years of Human Resource Management Experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
• Ability to apply HR strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning
