RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistant Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports and analysis by reviewing submissions from subordinates;
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities; ensure that all is submitted timely.

Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times

Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support

To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.

Collect mails and documents Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling

Minimum Diploma holder Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

Pleasant and friendly personality Strong problem solving capabilities

Able to work at a fast pace environment, fast learner, willing to take up responsibility

Job Description

The National University of Singapore invites applications for Research Assistant in the Human Potential Translational Research Programme (HPTRP), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The HPTRP aims to bring together researchers from a wide range of disciplines with an interest to maximise human potential. In HPTRP, focusing only on human studies, we aim to adopt a holistic perspective that considers human potential as an integrative measure of health, productivity, performance, human capital and overall well-being over the lifespan, in our environment. Purpose of the post

The Research Assistant will work closely with the IHDP’s Biobank Team. The RA’s principal role will be to work in general practices of biosample transporting, processing, storage, data entry and other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer,

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Assistant/Research Associate will:

1. Process a wide range of biosamples that includes but not limited to blood and stool.
2. Provide and maintain accurate laboratory record and data
3. Adhere to all laboratory safety and procedures in accordance with the laboratory SOPs.
4. Maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and record keeping in accordance with SOPs
5. Perform laboratory housekeeping as assigned
6. Must be work at 3 sites as rostered
7. Must be able to work on weekends
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

Qualifications

The applicant should:

1. have a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, Life science or related discipline.
2. Must have laboratory experience and competent in pipetting
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Able to work independently and in a collaborative manner with interdisciplinary team
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong desire to learn continuously

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend photography sessions in schools, ensuring timely arrival and setup.
2. Participate in early morning photography session (typically 7:00am – 1pm).
3. Care for and maintain photography equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
4. Provide pre-session preparation support (equipment checks, location scouting).
5. Assist the lead photographer during sessions, ensuring smooth operations.
6. Offer post-session support (image sorting / selection, data entry).
7. Collaborate with photo crew members as a team player.
8. Demonstrate patience and understanding when working with school children.

Requirements:

1. 1 – 3 years of photography experience, preferably in a similar outdoor setting.
2. Proficient in Photoshop (image editing, retouching).
3. Basic Excel skills (data entry, organisation).
4. Familiarity with photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Physical stamina for outdoor sessions and equipment transport.
8. Prefer to have Class 3 driving license.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $2000 to $2800 per month, commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities;
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;
• Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for a project progress update and monitoring of quality;
• Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements;
