Assistant Secretary
Assistant Secretary provides secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
Responsibilities of the Project Secretary include:
· Assist in pre-qualification/tender documents, confidential letters and contract administration.
· Prepare letters and forms to clients, authorities, consultants and contractors according to prescribed standards.
· Assist in documentation control for projects.
· Secretarial assistance for all directors and assist with reception duties.
Job Requirements:
· GCE 'O'/‘A’ Level / Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy firms; architectural office experience an advantage.
