• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and processes.

Requirments:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma with Professional Certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a system integrator environment.
