Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and explore new business opportunities within recruitment and HR consultancy.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Tailor HR solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction.

Recruitment Management

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Match candidates to clients effectively, ensuring both parties' needs are met.
• Offer guidance to candidates, supporting them throughout the hiring journey.

Marketing & Outreach

• Execute marketing initiatives through telemarketing, social media, email campaigns, and in-person networking.
• Represent the company at industry events to build our network and enhance brand visibility.

Administrative Support

• Maintain detailed records of client and candidate interactions.
• Assist with various tasks to support business growth and operational needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Certification: CEI Certification is required to comply with Singapore’s Employment Agency regulations.
• Experience: Experience in recruitment, HR consultancy, or business development is an advantage.
  
• Skills & Qualities: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  Networking skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
