Reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Asia President, this role will primarily plan and execute Customer & Partner executive engagements and programs, working across with Leaders’ CoS and various functions in Asia Areas, Countries and Corporate.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with Area Teams to formulate the Executive engagement strategy and framework for Customer accounts and Partners that are sponsored by the Asia President. Operationalize the plan to execute regular internal and external governance with the Customer/Partner with clear go-forward plan and deliverables. Program manage key engagement such as EBC, external events, critical escalations with the Sales teams and maintain 360 view of the account with regular internal updates (eg newsletter).
