JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

5. Prepare draft audit report and communicate with process owners and key stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plan.

6. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendation and agreed action plan.

7. Engage internal stakeholders for process improvements and control enhancements. 8. Any other duties as and when reasonably assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or financial, operational, compliance audit.

 Good knowledge of internal control and risk assessment framework.

 Meticulous self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationship with all levels of stakeholders.

 Good team player with the ability to work independently and to meet timeline.

 Knowledge and experience with Audit Analytics Software will be an added advantage.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Executive. You will oversee & manage media relations, social media management, and creative campaigns. This role demands a strategic approach to managing relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's message and guidelines, and driving the effectiveness of media campaigns. You will act as the key liaison between internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful and timely results. You need to be self-driven with strong sense of deadlines to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy and Execution:

- Work with internal teams and agencies to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that supports PR initiatives and brand objectives.

- Ensure all content, from social media posts to PR materials, aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand identity.

2. Strategic Media and PR Management:

- Lead the monitoring and analysis of media coverage, providing insights and reporting significant mentions to senior management.

- Maintain and enhance relationships with key media contacts and influencers, ensuring compliance with agreements and optimizing media exposure.

3. Creative and Media Agency Coordination:

- Oversee all creative and media agency activities, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and align with brand guidelines.

- Provide strategic feedback on creative concepts and ensure timely delivery of creative assets that meet the brand’s objectives.

4. Social Media Management:

- Manage the social media content calendar, working closely with agencies to plan, review, and approve content that resonates with target audiences.

- Analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to enhance engagement and alignment with overall brand messaging.

5. Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Lead the planning and execution of major media events and campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives.

- Ensure that all creative and media resources are optimally utilized, and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct in-depth reviews of media and creative agency performance, providing actionable insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior management.

- Submit comprehensive monthly media and social media reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

7. Budget Management:

- Manage and track budgets related to media and creative agencies, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

- Approve and raise purchase orders, keeping accurate records of all financial transactions related to media and creative activities.

Qualifications:

· Ability to create plan & create content from scratch

· Experience in media/PR management and creative/media agency management & coordination.

· Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret media and campaign performance data.

· Class 3 license is a must

Lab Executive independently performs advanced level laboratory functions with competence and minimal supervision. Support the Technology Department through all stages of product development and testing.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all Lab Job Ticket assigned are performed accordingly and completed on time.

2. Independently and competently performs assigned tasks in a prioritized, logical, and timely manner in agreement with company laboratory and safety procedures with competence and minimum supervision

3. Tests in accordance with specifications provided.

4. Perform all core function/testing required by this position.

5. Assists in reviewing & writing of SOPs and standard test methods.

6. Enter test data and conditions into the lab system and can assemble into a simple report.

7. Capable of conducting internal R&R.

8. Troubleshoot lab equipment issues with assistance from M&E/ equipment vendor.

9. Prepare testing report

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology

• 3 year of related work experiences.

• Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be preferred

• Good understanding of manufacturing safety and 5S

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Role purpose

The Loss Prevention Senior Executive uses knowledge and experience to enhance our risk selection capabilities and contributes towards a reduced number of claims.

Working in collaboration with our Geo and Specialty Sectors you’ll establish strong working relationships internally and externally with our members and clients.

What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the goals or targets of the geosector(s) or specialty(ies) area to which you are assigned.
• Using the benchmark/review process to assess the LP risk profile of members/clients and to share this information with relevant parts of the business e.g. UW function and Geosectors.
• To assist with internal and external delivery of the LP enquiry service.
• Supporting the claims function with technical, and operational input.
• Engaging regularly with members/clients to promote positive changes to their organisation that will assist them with reducing the number of incidents that may give rise to claims. It will also give you a better understanding of the risks the business poses to NorthStandard and support the risk selection capability of the business. This may or may not form part of a LP review process.
• Providing members/clients with the tools, services and knowledge that support positive changes to their organisations.
• To provide LP input on recommendations made to your geosector or specialty by the survey team.
• Contributing to and/or leading projects, workstreams, publications and other activities as directed by the Global Head of Loss Prevention.

Objectives of the position:

The Purchasing Planning Executive must be a data-driven, strong analytical skills and creative team player who can provide critical solution effectively in order to fulfil high levels of customer satisfaction in current dynamic supply chain network.

As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to implement the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management - Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level to meet inventory objectives.

2. Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP. Follows up on orders ensuring that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

3. Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly and accurately, filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifications of invoices to avoid mis-match

4. Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, with application and compliance of Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates

5. Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor

6. Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)

7. Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

8. Any other ad-hoc duty or projects as assigned by Manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

• More than 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations

• Knowledge of SAP system preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advance applications

• Creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills

• Experience managing 3PL partners
