Overall Responsibilities

• Handling and Managing Customer accounts + Planning Delivery Scheduling.
• Replying to customers’ inquiries.
• Daily monitoring of shipment schedule to customers.
• Follow up on the production following up on shipment status to customer.
• Liaising with various departments on the delivery plan, i.e. Purchasing, Production, Quality, and logistics.
• Working with purchasing on customer forecast demand.
• To handle ECO / ECN and facilitate the changes.
• Handling RMAs queries

Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant degrees.

• At least 2-5 years of related experience in a Customer Service related field.
