Job Description:
The Food Hygiene Officer ensures that all food safety and hygiene practices comply with local regulations and company standards. This role focuses on monitoring kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene protocols are followed, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a high standard of food safety.

Responsibilities:

The Job

Job Purpose

Role Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for venue decorating services, with a focus on corporate clients.
• ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the festive events market.
• ⁠Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell our festive decoration services, including design proposals for event spaces, Christmas trees, Chinese New Year decorations, and more.
• ⁠Coordinate closely with internal teams (designers and project managers) to ensure smooth execution of events and client satisfaction.
• ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Festive department.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within event management or festive decorations.
• Strong knowledge of festive event coordination, especially Christmas and Chinese New Year events in Singapore.
• ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible with consistent change.
• Familiarity with the local market and festive customs in Singapore.
• Prior experience in handling corporate clients and large-scale events.

We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support across the firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Role Duties:

· Manage company insurance, licensing, contracts, and landscape company register records.

· Organize, file, and maintain both hardcopy and softcopy files in accordance with company policies.

· Maintaining employee registry, disseminate the registry of employees contact internally.

· Email management for all employees.

· Monthly Office Briefing: Creation of calendar placeholder, and agenda.

· User administration and management of copier machine

· IP Phone user administration and management, coordinating with vendor, review and enforce improvement and evaluate cost efficiency.

· Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and documents as requested by management.

· Track inventory of office supplies, order supplies as needed, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.

As a Senior Jackpot Executive in Bukit Batok Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Assistant Manager, Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Jackpot Room.
• Lead a team of Jackpot Executives to ensure they provide prompt, friendly and professional service to players.
• Create “Wow” experiences for players.
• Assist players with food handling, machine fault and membership applications whenever necessary.
• Reconciliation of daily transactions and cash floats.
• Plan and manage duty roster.
• Accurate recording of jackpot machines’ performance.
