Roles and Responsibilities

( First 6 months )

- Manage , control and Attend tender site show and assigned to designer .QS for calculation on costing from the Design. Ensure accuracy on items design and proposed.

- Support on admin works for Project Team , on quotation , arrangement of delivery , ordering of materials for ongoing project , co-ordination and communication with the client and contractor .Gain a good understanding of internal roles, project and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final reporting• Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; Learn how to budget, forecast • Provide an opportunity to take ownership of small scale project.

- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; Attend tender site briefing, update and forward to designer, QS from compilation of costing to final submission on tender . The executive will support the Yishun Health (YH)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical Quality, Performance and Value (CQPV).
