• Source and secure industrial scraps containing precious metals like gold and silver within Singapore’s vibrant market.
• Evaluate purchase opportunities with a focus on cost efficiency to drive profitability.
• Develop compelling proposals for customers, with training provided on precious metal calculation methods.
• Stay informed by monitoring industry trends and conducting competitor analysis to understand market dynamics.
• Identify areas for improvement in services, pinpoint business opportunities, and recognize potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow existing accounts.
• Ensure seamless transactions by documenting and tracking trade deals, guaranteeing timely delivery of metals and payment collection.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new customers to explore fresh business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM system with supplier information, business leads, and follow-up details.
• Provide regular updates and reports on activities, targets, and performance in the Business Development Group Chat and CRM system.

• A company vehicle will be provided.
• A Class 3A driver’s license is required.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Assist in investment operations and execution on the platforms

• Assist in managing and updating of Investment related documents

• Degree holder specifically in banking finance

Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and bank movements, general ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accurate reporting and identification of discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• ERP and Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems for accurate reporting and process efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Safely drive the assigned company vehicle (Alphard) for executive, client, and family transportation.
2. Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, schedule regular maintenance, and handle repairs and inspections.
3. Plan routes in advance, manage schedules, and ensure timely arrivals.
4. Follow all traffic rules and company policies for safe and compliant driving.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in large organizations is preferred.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, experienced in driving executive vehicles (Alphard or similar).
3. Previous experience as an executive driver, familiar with Singapore routes.
4. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, discreet, and service-minded.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Identify opportunities and build partnerships for the product and sector by analysing trends and generating leads through networking.
• Understand the products and target audience, create materials for accounts, and develop strategies for product sell-in.
• Assist the Key Account Manager in fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate delivery planning, support merchandising, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales and partner needs.

Requirements :

• Degree in Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of business development/sales experience in FMCG industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
