Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general administration duties such as managing phone calls, correspondences (e.g.: e-mail, letters, etc), paperwork duties (e.g.: filing, scanning, etc) and reception duties
• Assist with Employee Onboarding such as preparation of office equipment, stationery and software
• Maintain office supplies such as business cards, stationery, pantry, water dispensers

The HR Assistant / HR Executive under the workpass and operations team will play an active role in handling foreign work pass application for candidates under the organisation such as the submission, renewal or cancellation of workpass. Key Responsibilities

· Support Senior Procurement Manager/Head of Tactical Sourcing to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories. Delivery through proficient knowledge of the Collaborative Procurement Model (CPM), Category Management and 7-step sourcing process.

· Accountable for sourcing and operational knowledge in defined categories collaboratively aligning with related BUs/functions at early stage in 7SSP project development process (Business Planning), analysis, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and managing agency to deliver maximum productivity benefits (efficiency and effectiveness)
