What you'll do:
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive, your primary role will be to drive meaningful customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM database's accuracy while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Your ability to monitor CRM tool performance and troubleshoot issues will be critical in this role. You will also assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM projects, making sure that system functionality aligns with business needs. Your collaborative skills will come into play as you work with various stakeholders to deliver community-focused initiatives. Additionally, you will manage the email marketing calendar alongside the Assistant Digital Marketing & CRM Manager. Your creativity will shine through as you craft engaging email content and support automation workflows. Lastly, your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor CRM tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM projects, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
- Support the planning and execution of targeted customer engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver community-focused initiatives, including in-store activations and VIP events.
- Partner with the Assistant Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to manage and optimise the email marketing calendar.
- Craft engaging email content and support automation workflows to improve open and click-through rates.
- Execute audience segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing to drive campaign performance.
- Respond to customer feedback via email and Google Reviews, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the CRM Executive role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM will be advantageous. You should possess a creative approach to email marketing and CRM programs, with the ability to seamlessly integrate them into broader marketing strategies to build community and enhance customer retention. Strong organisational and multitasking skills are essential for this role, along with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage both customers and internal teams effectively. Familiarity with data privacy regulations will also be beneficial.
