1. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
2. Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in HR matters, such as manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, remuneration, performance and talent management, learning and development, disciplinary and grievances etc.
3. Support in developing, reviewing and updating of HR policies. Keep abreast of HR regulations and best market practices, to recommend enhancement of practices and streamlining of processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Prior experience from public sector will be an added advantage.

• Recruitment & Selection: Drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration. • HR Systems and Technology: Work closely with the HR Operations COE, Global Technology team to leverage technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR related business applications such as the internal and external websites and external job and careers sites) to deliver value to business leaders and individuals using simple, streamlined processes. Provide ongoing education to HR teams, business leaders and individuals to maximize the value they receive from HR technology so that the platforms are business enablers, not obstacles.
• Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally within a high-volume hiring environment
• Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore is preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
