1. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
2. Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in HR matters, such as manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, remuneration, performance and talent management, learning and development, disciplinary and grievances etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.

What you will be doing :

• Recruitment & Selection: Drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration. Ensure effective recruitment solutions are delivered within agreed upon time frames and cost. • Onboarding: Manage a consistent approach to onboarding. Working closely with the local HR COE’s and HR teams to develop an experience that is efficient, and effective and ensures a smooth and positive transition into Cushman & Wakefield for new hires, M&A Integrations and internal moves.
• HR Systems and Technology: Work closely with the HR Operations COE, Global Technology team to leverage technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR related business applications such as the internal and external websites and external job and careers sites) to deliver value to business leaders and individuals using simple, streamlined processes. Provide ongoing education to HR teams, business leaders and individuals to maximize the value they receive from HR technology so that the platforms are business enablers, not obstacles.
• Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. Including the DOA (Delegations of Authority) is followed for all Employment related activities.
• Reporting: Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities. This includes ensuring the metrics accurately reflects the recruiting activities, and placing requisitions on hold or closing them if the hiring manager is not ready to engage.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally within a high-volume hiring environment
• Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore is preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) is advantageous

The position assists the Executive Steward to manage the team, to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of all F&B and Kitchen equipment and all pantry and kitchen area, so that all guests will have a safe and wonderful dining experience, ensures that kitchen hygiene and safety standards are meet, through active supervision of the Steward Supervisor, Steward Attendant and Night Kitchen Cleaner. • Checks all kitchen equipment for cleanliness, manages the Night Cleaning Contactor to follow up on any unclean area and equipment, and conducts kitchen inspection twice a week. 
• Manages the team to check on functional operation of each Dish Wash Machine, co-ordinate and follows up with Engineering and chemical technician for any faulty issues.
• Manages the garbage collection schedule and also ensures that the recycle program is conducted as per established. 
• Oversees that the kitchen floor is clean and dry at all times, looks out for any potential safety hazard issue and tries to eliminate it immediately.
• Oversees the sanitation of all operation equipment are done as per kitchen’s hygiene standards requirement.
• Oversees that the work procedure in the kitchen are carry out as per HACCP’s requirement and the safety aspect is in line with WSH. 
• Oversees that all HACCP check-list and documentation are updated on a daily basis.
• Leads all the kitchen walk through (WSH / Hygiene / Pest-Control) and rectifies all findings immediately.
