Job Purpose

The Executive / Senior Engineer is responsible for development and implementation of asset management processes within the Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Group. • Follow up with supplier to ensure correct parts are shipped out from supplier on time.

• Establish good rapport with MRO supplier; and at the same time provide excellent customer service to MRO customer.
• Timely feedback of procurement and order processing issues to immediate Superior.
• Compile and maintain records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, storage and issued out.
• Reconcile information on material requisition, invoice, and shipping notice to material receipt or issuance to verify accuracy of stock.
• Report & review rejected material together with Business Manager & MRO supplier.
• Generate biweekly/ monthly report.

Client & NOK Engagement Related Scope

• Attend team meetings to discuss and follow up on administrative care referrals for clients where necessary.
