Human Resource Executive – 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only

• Collaborate closely with HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments.

• Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance management related matters, resolve ER issues and address grievances, training & development, payroll matter

• Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs to the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives.

• Work effectively and achieve synergies in various processes concerning performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews and bonus exercises, recognition and development award nominations, budget exercises etc.

• Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.

• Develop a keen understanding of business/ function needs and objectives, analyse trends and metrics so as to provide effective HR solutions to the stakeholders.

• Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience

The HRBP plays a vital role of handling full spectrum of human resource functions that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, payroll and compensation management, employee relations and other relevant people operation matters. HRBP is responsible in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions.

Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition

• Work with Business Unit head to develop and execute recruiting plans
• Guide business leaders in the selection of recruiting candidates
• Take charge of the recruitment cycle process, in line with company policies and relevant legislation

Performance Management, Learning and Development

• Develop and assist in meeting the employees’ performance indicators and performance goals of employees
• Manage performance review processes
• Ensure training and development activities are effectively executed
• Drive the learning culture of the company to ensure the learning and development activities are aligned to the corporate and business strategy
• Oversee orientation and induction programs for all employees

Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Management

• Analyse compensation data to drive useful insights for benefits enhancements
• Assist in the administering of payroll and employee benefit programs

Employee Relation Management

• Provide advice on HR issues as well as comprehensive HR solutions to organizational issues proactively
• Serve as the initial point of contact to assist all employees in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
• Handle employee relations matters, which include disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employee engagement

Policy Review and Interpretation

• Review and recommend Human Resources policies that are aligned with the company’s business and corporate objectives
• Ensure that the employee handbook is in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Assist in communicating company policies to promote understanding within the organization

Projects and Corporate Support Operation

• Manage comprehensive Work-Life Harmony strategy through corporate health and sports activities.
• Support in driving process improvement and operation efficiency
• Manage HR Documentation in relation to company’s ISO Audit

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline

Job Scope
