We are looking for a Sales Executive to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities for the Sales Team in Singapore.

You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide support in finding new prospects and converting these prospects. You will be an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong determination and communication skills, someone with creative strategies and excellent time management and organisational abilities.

What you will do:

The sales team plays a significant role in driving growth and, as a Sales Executive, you are a hunter for the sales team and will be instrumental in growing our portfolio of SME, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in Singapore. You will qualify leads, conduct essential market research and gather insights to help take the business to new heights. Afterwhich, you will own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, objection handling, onboarding and nurturing of Gross Transaction Value (GTV)

• Research companies across industries, verticals and segments in Singapore and gather information on key decision makers through LinkedIn and other sources 
• Target, find contacts for and and close (1) small, (2) mid market, and (3) enterprise customers through outbound activities to complement our top line growth alongside inbound channels
• Conduct screening and qualifying calls on all leads, quickly and intelligently identify key indicators and feed results back to the team in Singapore in insightful and actionable ways 
• Ensure timely follow up with new customers to ensure they onboard onto the service and have a seamless experience with CardUp 
• Conduct product demonstrations via video call to help users with onboarding and payment setup when required 
• Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants and explain how our solutions align with their pain points and Up-sell when appropriate
• Assist with sales tracking and reporting across the full sales funnel and own the moving of opportunities through the pipeline - from source, inbound leads, account sign ups and conversion. 
• Grow topline sales funnel by supporting the team in outbound activities such as prospecting for meetings, researching contacts and key names within each target segment
• Strengthen our product - collate and research on key product feedback, competitor features, providing us a strong detailed view on CardUp https://www.cardup.co/  in the landscape
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Attend networking events and workshops and generate leads and prospects to follow up with.
• Meet sales targets, and given OKRs and maintain strong data hygiene into all available CRM systems
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

• Minimum 3 years of sales and hunting experience in Fintech

Job Description:

• Responsible for the engagement and negotiation of work with sub-contractors
• Ensure the awarded price is within the budget or to achieve the optimum price level to increase profitability for the company.
• Handle all required legal documents with respect to Letter of Indemnity, Workmen Insurances, Bankers Guarantees, etc.

• Maintain and update Sub-Contractors documents submitted for safety induction
• Verifying back charges issued by the other departments (Store, Maintenance, Production, Safety etc.) to Sub-Contractors and submit to Finance Department for billing
• Process and update approval process of works order
• Provide general administrative support like, prepare minutes of meeting for the department, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration working in marine shipyard or with commerical experiences

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up with day-to-day administrative support on customer order processing and billing all related as well, service providers and internal functions.
• Execute timely shipping arrangements with overseas’ customers and local hospitals/customers as well, forwarders or respective service providers & related functions.
• Coordinate with customers via emails and phone, receive requirements from customers and feedback to customers in time and keep tracking.
• Generate billing invoices and shipping documentations (e.g. packing lists, commercial invoices and others) depending on customs and customer requirements for local and overseas export shipment.
• Coordinate and follow-up on new customer’s requirement.
• Process and follow-up on RGA and product complaints for product replacement or credit transaction.

• Communicate with vendors on purchasing of non-production materials. Follow up to ensure that the purchased items arrived on time in order to meet Customers’ needs.
• Generate and process the Weekly cycle count list to store.

• Upload the AR tax invoices + support Dos to SG local hospitals NHG AP direct panel/website for payments. Government panel/website required ‘singpass’ to access and upload.
• To support all the internal and external audit for Customer Services, Purchasing and Store. To support for all filing to be done in Singapore for auditing. Examples: to match the signed packing lists with tax invoices/shipping documents. POs/correspondence etc for audit requirement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Customer Service Manager.
