Job Accountability

-Handle day-to-day accounting duties

- Assist with account payable & receivable

- Assist with preparing monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission

-Prepare monthly cashflow and forecasting plan.

-Participate in quarterly and annual audits when required.

-Create and update expenses report

-Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers

- Support Warehouse inventory management

-Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters

-General office administrative duties

-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to timeamp

Educational/Skills Qualification

• Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
• Good team-player and interpersonal skills

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm

Role Description

This position is to demonstrate the designer's versatility, creativity and design philosophy. For design concept, conceptual renderings, mood boards, and design plans that illustrate the designer’s thought process and approach to transforming a space. A brief overview of the designer’s expertise, including space planning, material selection, lighting design, furniture sourcing, and project management.

Spectific Responsibilities

1. Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences and budget, provide guidance and advice of design concepts and solutions.

2. Create mood boards, sketches and rendering to visually represent design ideas and present design ideas to clients for approval and refine based on feedback.

3. Choose furniture, fixtures, lighting and materials that complement the design concept.Ensure that all materials chosen fit within the client's budget and asthetuc preferences.

4. Prepare detailed design specifications and plans and create technical drawings that provide precise measurements and dimensions that are clear for contractos and vendors.

5. Works closely with contractors and vendors during the implementation and coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and materials to ensure it meets the design specifications.

Duration of Attachment Offered

• 6 months

• Process incoming receipts and clearing of customer balances.
• Responsible for outstanding transactions related to Accounts Receivable.
• Perform AR reconciliations and reporting.
• Responsible for reconciliation of inter-company balances and confirmations including billing.
• Fixed asset monitoring.
• Quaterly preparation and submission of GST.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
