About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
• Conduct mental health screening to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
• Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients with mental health issues and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs

• Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
• Process Bi-monthly payroll using payroll software
• Maintaining employee database in the HRIS & P-filing
• Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences

• Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports

Description

• Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
• Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
• Manage regulatory and compliance matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
• Prepare employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
• Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
• Handle hiring pipeline for positions, including advertising, screening and interview arrangement
• Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
• Manage leave, including sick leaves and annual leaves
• Execute payroll processing in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Staff welfare management
• Assist in HR related grant application and administration
• Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director / Senior Management

• Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
