RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the public communications strategies to raise HNF's brand profile and equity

The incumbent shall facilitate the smooth and efficient management of the unit to ensure seamless delivery of service for respective outpatient clinics and facilitating the work process integration. Working closely with various stakeholders, the incumbent develops and executes plans in a holistic manner to manage patients’ appointments and doctors’ resource to ensure optimal utilisation of the appointment slots.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operation Management: manage day-to-day operational, administrative functions and activities in proper workflows, handle manpower distribution and all resource requests, work closely with stakeholders on the request and modification of existing clinic resources, support in the review of clinic resource setups, creation of service provider in OAS

• Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, induction/ orientation, training, appraisal, developmental coaching and career advancement for staff, review manpower requirements and optimization of manpower resources, facilitate staff’s annual learning and individual development career and training plans, conduct performance reviews and feedback
• Project Management: support in the implementation of new initiatives and projects planning, participate in the development of innovative techniques, liaise and communicate effectively with the different stakeholders, prepare reports and utilise analytics, monitor the expense account for the projects, handle any duties assigned by supervisor and HOD

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Assistant Human Resources located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for managing the company's HR operations. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, compliance, and policy development. The manager ensures accurate personnel records, addresses employee grievances, and fosters a positive work culture. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing health and safety policies. Additionally, the role involves supporting employee career development, handling performance appraisals, and managing office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. With around 200 employees, the manager plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in office administration
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Go-To-Market - Sell Out Management

• Responsible for management of promoters of assigned products in Singapore and responsibility includes (not limiting to) payroll management, attendance, discipline, deployment and motivation of promoters.
• Act as gate keeper to disseminate directions & sales strategies to promoters as well as handles and gathers market intelligence information.
• Develop strategic actionable plans and actions to achieve the assigned sell-out targets of assigned products.
• Conduct regular store visit and make improvement actions to enhance inhouse share of each stores.
• Participate in regular internal & external meetings and share sell-out insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Customer experience with aim to increase sales and customer shopping experience.
• Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies.
• Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret campaign performance and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store & sales performance.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

• Diploma/Degree (Min) preferably in business administration, marketing, Sales management.
• Min. 3 years working experience in retail operations or consumer electronics industry.
• Min. 2 years experience of promoter management.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
• Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims.
• Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required.
• Attend to Finance queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legislations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
• Support various HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing system migrations and implementing system changes.
• Must be resilient and adaptable to changes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Scope
