The ideal candidate will support the development, enhancement, and management of cutting-edge smart lock solutions. This role involves collaborating across teams, understanding customer needs, and ensuring our products lead the market in security, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Support:

· Assist in developing and executing the product roadmap for the company.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and testing.

· Ensuring products are tested to local EN & Fire test requirements.

Market and Trend Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in smart home technologies and security.

· Analyze competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

· Gather feedback from customers, installers, and partners to understand user needs and preferences.

· Translate feedback into actionable product enhancements and features.

Documentation and Training:

· Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

· Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials to highlight product features and benefits.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Act as a bridge between the product team, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

· Support product launch activities, including demos, training sessions, and promotional events.

Performance Monitoring:

· Track product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.

· Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in a product-focused role, preferably in the smart home or IoT industry.

· Strong interest in technology, home automation, and security solutions.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with IoT devices and wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Zwave, Matter).

· Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

· Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for hardware and app integration.

· Understanding of local EN and fire testing requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect all relevant information for quotation from the customer.
• Meet customers and get new sales.
• Ensuring that the products supplied meet the client's specifications.
• Conduct alter-sales services.
• Monitor and coordinate all customers’ complaints / corrective action report to QA and other related departments.
• Produce appropriate monthly reports and organize monthly update meetings with General Manager (and management).
• Monitor and promote online platforms.

Job Requirements Education:

• Min. Diploma
• Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

· Develope a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision

· Understanding Company Products and doing Market Research to identify specific target groups and implement niche marketing strategies

· Grow the social media community

· Implement and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy

· Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)

· Copywriting and copy editing - Both internal and external marketing materials

· Create and execute highly engaging, Skills and experience in creative content writing

· Cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)

· Manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content

· Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline

· Simple research work

· Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
