About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will support the HR Manager across various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to document management and event planning. You will play a key role in keeping our processes organised and ensuring our values are embedded in every aspect of our work

Mission: To provide reliable and proactive support to the HR team, managing administrative and recruitment tasks while championing our company culture

Outcomes:

1. Efficient Recruitment Support - Assist in posting job advertisements across relevant job boards within 24 hours of receiving the request, contributing to a streamlined end-to-end recruitment process. Complete all candidate coordination tasks within the stipulated timeline, with feedback from hiring managers indicating 90% satisfaction in support responsiveness.
2. Campus Recruitment Coordination - Support campus recruitment by assisting the HR Manager in building and maintaining relationships with at least three educational institutions, and prepare for two career fairs within the year. 5. Social Media Support - Support HR branding and recruitment efforts on social media by assisting with the creation of engaging content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Develop at least one creative content idea per week that showcases company culture and engages potential candidates. Track engagement metrics and share performance insights with the HR Manager monthly.

To do this, you will have:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.
