Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Digital Executive / Senior Digital Executive to support our digital media team in media planning and operations across digital channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Digital Media Planning
- Work closely with the team in developing digital media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their KPIs
- Drive strategic and tactical innovation across digital buying/marketing tools and platforms across Social, Display, and Mobile (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Build strong relationships with key clients, working closely with them on a day-to-day basis to implement digital campaign strategies, covering media planning, data analysis, publisher negotiations, and more
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations
- Prepare interim and end-of-campaign reports for performance analysis. Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Appflyers) to understand the impact of media activity on business performance and use this insight to supplement reports
Campaign Implementation / Operations
- Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of the campaign proposals
- Book and activate campaigns – both managed service and self-service across various platforms, mainly for social and display
- Support the digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
- Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance across channels
Requirements for this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- 1-3 years of working experience in marketing and communications functions; prior digital media experience will be a plus.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good with numbers
