Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT helpdesk support, hardware setups, etc

The position will require someone who is an independent worker and also willing to respond to clients not within set hours. This is because payroll clients can sometimes have last minute requests so the processing will need to be done very quickly. You can do it from home but the response time has to be fast.

We will require 2 days in office. 3 days can be work from home.

This is a contract position for 1 year with possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

• Source potential customers through personal efforts, client referrals, organisation involvement and event attendance
• Suggest suitable products by assessing customer’s needs and utilising product expertise
• Foster strong customer relationships and delivery exceptional service
• Facilitate sales, including logistics, insurance, financing and service arrangements
• Manage sales process, agreements and communication between clients and internal teams
• Oversee showroom operations and product maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels required
• Proficient in English
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Meticulous and able to multitask
• Prior experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

About Research Department:

The Research Department supports the agency’s programmes and services, through evaluations, implementation research, feasibility studies, needs assessment, ground sensing, and primary and secondary research. We also support programme development in terms of writing Theory of Change (TOC), design thinking and evidence synthesis.

• Conduct research, programme evaluations and needs assessments.
• Collaborate with practitioners to generate actionable insights to refine and improve existing initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that facilitate the use of evidence in programme and service development.
• Curate and communicate resources to support data driven decision making within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social science disciplines with 3 years of working experience in relevant sectors
• Familiarity and experience with research methods and statistics used in social sciences
• Experience in planning and conducting research and/or evaluation studies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of human centred design would be advantageous
• Independent in executing projects and work tasks
• Good listening skills
• This position is on Contract basis
