• Supervise all contracted works.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Plan, organize and execute periodic checks on services as well as contracts.
• Execute directions given by CM with regard to the operations of the property.
• Any other duties assigned by the CM.

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Estate Management, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS's academic programmes, support examination activities and take charge of the School's student activities as well as external liaisons.

• Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities and student interviews
• Support examination and assessment-related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Head of Programme and Examination Administration Department
• Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
• Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
• Organise events for students, marketing, talks, social and promotional events, etc.
• Manage ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holders with 1-2 years' relevant working experience
• Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
• Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and analytical skills like Excel spreadsheet computations and do data collation
• Ability to communicate well so as to act as liaison and help reach out to stakeholders, such as industry partners, Associates, and establish leads for new industry partners
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin as the incumbent will be required to communicate & liaise with overseas students from China

To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the commotion office, equipment, building, fixtures, and facilities, execution for preventive maintenance, to help the Maintenance supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department and to perform all preventive, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all M&E services and building works.

Responsibilities:

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the commotion office maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained
• Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. To conduct regular electrical regular maintenance and repairs.
• Performs inspections and routine maintenance
• To repair all defects in commotion office and able to identify deficiencies.
• Liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement.
• Willingness to work as a team member.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to take charge of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to connect with audiences through dynamic and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and post high-quality visuals, videos, and reels that resonate with our target audience.
• Photography: Capture compelling product photography to showcase our range of offerings.
• Collaborations: Work with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to expand brand reach.
• Calendar Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Copywriting: Craft engaging captions and posts that align with the brand's tone and messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
• Skills:Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
  Strong photography & videography skills (preferred).
  Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Capcut, Canva skills.
• Attributes:Creative and innovative mindset.
  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

You will work directly with sales team in pre-sales situations with the following specific responsibilities:

• Provide presales support for all sales activities including prospects requirement analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support
• Propose Solution to meet prospects' needs and objectives of buying an ERP system
• Provide consultation and sharing of product information to the sales team
• Prepare Proof of Concepts when required to demonstrate product capability

Continue with after Sales Support to carry out the following:

• Biz Process Studies with key users to close up expectation gaps
• Training to end users on usage of system
• Project tasks monitoring & management till successful Live run.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work successfully with prospects, customers, and across our departments
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Technical knowledge of IT technology is a Good to Have but not compulsory
