Key responsibilities include strategic planning, goal-setting, facilitating meetings, change management, and overseeing successful implementation of initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda, materials, and facilitation.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to refine transformation strategies.
• Conduct research and develop strategic plans for each transformation area.
• Set SMART goals for workgroups and monitor progress.
• Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage change, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Engage employees through feedback sessions to improve implementation.
• Communicate transformation progress to stakeholders and promote new initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized institution
• Min. 2 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly in project coordination.
• Project management or healthcare industry experience preferred.
