BRAND/MARKETING MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand/Marketing Manager is responsible for a group of brands.

He or she makes the link between the international brand principals and the local brand team based in Bangladesh.

Duties and responsibilities

Brand management .

· Build and execute the yearly brand marketing plans

· Design presentations and marketing reports to share with the brands

· Prepare pitch book for new potential brands (marketing section of the business plan)

Operational marketing

· Build and implement the 360 launch plans for new brands/product launches

· Oversee the execution of all the marketing activities (ABT and BTL) and ensure the local team has the necessary brand assets to execute on time, with high standards and in line with the guidelines

· Coordinate and follow up the training activities with the training team

· Analyse the performance of the marketing activities and define appropriate KPI

Marketing research

· Conduct some ad-hoc marketing analysis

· Search for market information and data in Bangladesh

· Analyse consumers trends and expectations according to different categories and

needs (beauty/F&B/toys, sport, home...) and identify some gasps for new brand opportunity

Corporate Training and marketing

· Bring some support to the training team to design some modules for the corporate training program

· Participate in writing some content for the revamping of the BestinBrands website

Requirements

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

· At least 3 years of experience in brand management

· Previous experience in the beauty/luxury/FMCG industries is an advantage

Job Description:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

Requirements:

Responsibilities

· Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide

· Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned

projects

· Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements

The position

As a Sustainability Senior Manager, you will drive the development and execution of sustainability strategies in the APAC region, ensuring close collaboration with local management, the region, and affiliates.

• Develop strategies to address environmental and social issues in the region, aligning with global priorities and collaborating with International Operations (IO) and Headquarter (HQ).
• Lead social and environmental initiatives in collaboration with affiliates and stakeholders, guiding affiliates in on-the-ground activities.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of sustainability initiatives
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to effectively convey sustainability efforts to employees and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Monitor and assess the feasibility of scaling sustainability initiatives based on local needs and affiliate capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7-8 years of experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies or social/environmental responsibility projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Proven ability to drive sustainability initiatives through stakeholder engagement across diverse cultures and seniority levels, with expertise in indirect leadership, motivation, and influence.
• Strong experience in establishing and managing external partnerships in sustainability, within the private and public sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and ability to analyse data and present findings clearly and compellingly.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
