Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations governing disclosure and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, trends, and investor feedback.
• Relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in investor relations tools and software, financial analysis, and presentation software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, PowerBI).
