progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project team
Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions
Drive the implementation of innovative M&E initiatives and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
Good safety knowledge and attitude
Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
Working Days: 6 days work week

Job Description

You will be responsible for the monthly management reporting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial results from all markets. Key responsibilities include collating and analyzing monthly financial data, providing variance analysis, supporting the annual budget and forecast rollout, maintaining the management reporting system, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university with at least 6 years of relevant working experience with the recent years in a regional/group FP&A role. A self-motivated team player, you possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate issues and work with the different departments in the organization.
