Job Posting: HR Manager/Executive
Location: Singapore, Ubi
Salary: SGD3,500 – SGD5,000
About the Role
Our client, a well-established IT Solutions company with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Executive to join their Ubi office in Singapore. This role requires a deep understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia Employment Acts to ensure compliance and effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with local manpower laws.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on employment matters.
- Collaborate with the finance team on payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
- Assist in organizational development and employee engagement programs.
- Support the HR needs of the Malaysia office as required, ensuring alignment with local practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and Malaysia Employment Act.
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR management or executive role.
- Familiarity with work pass applications and HR compliance in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders is an advantage.
