You will work closely with Crew Operations, Network Planning, IOCC, Cabin Services team, IT, HR, Flight Ops, Ground Operations to meet operational performance standard, crewing of all flights and non-flight duties, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Crew Planning Management

• Ensure that the crewing requirements for each aircraft type is met
• Ensure ANR Compliance in rostering
• Support inaugural flight crewing arrangements, liaising with appointed GHA where required
• Manage leave liability and administrate annual leave exercise.
• Ensure productivity and operational levels are consistently maintained
• Work with Training to support efficient planning of attendees;
• Work with SEP to plan and roster recurrent training classes;
• Ensure timely roster publication, and adherence to established FRMS guidelines;

Operations Management

Adherence to Regulatory Standards

• Ensures cabin crew rosters are compliant with the ANR and ANO, and also meet with other regulators’/legislated requirements.
