1. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
2. Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in HR matters, such as manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, remuneration, performance and talent management, learning and development, disciplinary and grievances etc.
3. Support in developing, reviewing and updating of HR policies. Keep abreast of HR regulations and best market practices, to recommend enhancement of practices and streamlining of processes.
4. Plan and lead in driving employee engagement programs and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
5. Oversee the assessment of learning and development needs, and administration of training budget and course registrations.
6. Lead in HR System and maintain accurate HR reports, records and documentation. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision making and reviews.
7. Lead and manage office administration, which includes office planning, employee travel management, procurement of office stationery, equipment and other supplies etc.
8. Support in other relevant duties as assigned.

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.

• Recruitment & Selection: Drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration. Provide ongoing education to HR teams, business leaders and individuals to maximize the value they receive from HR technology so that the platforms are business enablers, not obstacles.
• Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. • Reporting: Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities. This includes ensuring the metrics accurately reflects the recruiting activities, and placing requisitions on hold or closing them if the hiring manager is not ready to engage.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally within a high-volume hiring environment
• Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore is preferred

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Plan. Pest Management Operations

• Collaborate with the teams in the management of contracts/projects.
• Attend client briefings/meetings to establish expectations, KPIs, service level agreements and related work processes.

• Plan the requirements for manpower, materials, tools and equipment as well as supervision for the site.

Executive Pest Management Services

Manage safety of Pest Management Services
