The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. In the future, the ROC will increase the value it provides by taking over much of the technical triage and mitigation that is currently performed by game teams, resulting in faster incident resolution, and requiring a more engineering-focused culture in the ROC.

As a Manager, Software Engineering you will ensure that the Singapore ROC is providing high quality live response during its share of the ROC’s follow-the-sun coverage model. You will support the growth of the Rioters in the Singapore ROC as we grow an engineering mindset and skillset for the team.
