• Resource Planning: Develop, maintain resource plans for ongoing projects, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet project timelines and objectives and monitor resource utilization as needed to optimize productivity
• Subcontractor Sourcing and Liaison: Source and evaluate subcontractors based on project requirements, performance, and budget.
