RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
· Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
· Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
· Perform daily HR administrative duties.
· Handle work pass-related matters.
· Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
· Carry out office administrative tasks.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
· A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.
· Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
· Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· A team player who can also work independently.
· Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
· Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
