Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, commission calculations, or general administration (preferably in the beauty, retail, or service industry).
• Strong proficiency in office software, example Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Payroll Management:

• Accurately calculate staff commissions and bonuses based on performance metrics.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and other statutory requirements.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and work schedules.
• Assist with HR administration, including onboarding documentation and staff records.
• Support day-to-day salon operations by handling general administrative tasks.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare commission reports for management review.
