What you will be doing :

• Recruitment & Selection: Drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration. Ensure effective recruitment solutions are delivered within agreed upon time frames and cost. This will include recruitment solutions and transitions for new client accounts to deliver required headcount.

Provide ongoing education to HR teams, business leaders and individuals to maximize the value they receive from HR technology so that the platforms are business enablers, not obstacles.
• Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally within a high-volume hiring environment
• Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore is preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) is advantageous

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HR Manager for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform day-to-day operations of HR function and work according to company policies and SOP.

The Hybrid Role, HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, offering comprehensive support across all HR domains. They will provide expert HR advice, fostering trust and rapport with clients while delivering proficient HR administrative assistance.
