Primary Function of Position:

The Manager, Asia FSO (FP&A, Sales Operations) closely work with Asia FSO teams to support the business in the fastest growing market at Intuitive. FP&A function includes China manufacturing planning and analysis with the mission to drive operational efficiency. This position supports Sr. VP & President Asia Pacific and other regional commercial leaders for financial planning, forecasting, analyzing the business from entire Asia region standpoint with deep understanding of each market’s dynamics and is capable of providing valuable insights for their decision makings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, recruit, develop, inspire, and evolve the Asia Sales Operations and FP&A teams and processes to provide our business partners "World-class decision, budget, analytic, and finance support on initiatives with defined ROI that drive the Asia business".
• Proactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support Asia Commercial planning, strategy, short and long-range financial models, and accelerated adoption and scale.
• Develop commercial reporting / cockpits that align to Intuitive's commercial fundamental building blocks (adherence to the TTP, incremental sustainable surgeons, high quality 90 and 180-day training productivity, increased sales contribution, clinical and capital selling milestones)
• Closely work with US HQ and own the process for budgeting, forecasting, long term planning in Asia region.
• Proactively evaluate data and market trends to anticipate opportunities for growth or risks to the business. Create plans, recommendations, and programs through people to capitalize on opportunities or counteract risks.
• Partner with Executive commercial leadership to develop board-level and customer-facing presentation materials.
• Closely work with China manufacturing FP&A team to optimize efficiency in manufacturing operations through data analysis and influence.

Job Summary: The Java Development Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Java developers and the software development process. Address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and objectives.

9. Code Review and Documentation:Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

10. Release and Deployment:Manage the release and deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition of applications from development to production environments.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer) may be preferred.

2. Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Java software development, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role, is typically required.

3. Java Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java development and related technologies. In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries.

4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a Java development team.

5. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques for successful project delivery.

6. Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The Java Development Manager is crucial in ensuring the successful development and delivery of Java-based software applications. The role of a Business Development Manager (BDM) at ERIKS would focus on driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Market Research

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential customers, and emerging opportunities within ERIKS' core industries (e.g., OEM, sealing/gasket solutions, and mechanical engineering).
• Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with ERIKS’ goals and sustainability initiatives.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth

• Revenue Targets: Work towards achieving set sales and profitability targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Cross-selling: Promote ERIKS’ broad portfolio of products and solutions by identifying synergies across categories.
• Clean Room: Experience in setting up a clean room for semiconductor customers with strong project Management Skills.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business. Dealing with international key customers will be an added advantage.
• Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Customer-focused solutions: Develop customized solutions to meet client-specific needs.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between ERIKS and clients, ensuring alignment of goals.
• Global Partnerships: Leverage ERIKS’ global network to access resources and best practices.

5. Proposal and Contract Development

• Proposals: Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing structures, and tender submissions.
• Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.

6. Brand Representation

• Corporate Ambassador: Represent ERIKS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
• Thought Leadership: Share industry insights to position ERIKS as a trusted advisor in the marketplace.

7. Sustainability and Compliance

• Sustainable Growth: Promote ERIKS’ commitment to sustainability in all business development activities, reflecting ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with local and international laws and ERIKS' ethical & safety standards in business dealings.

8. Reporting and Analysis

• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring transparency in progress toward targets.
• Market Intelligence: Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market conditions.

Job Holder’s Specifications (Must Have)

· Possess at least a minimum Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related field, especially the Semiconductor sector

· Computer literate, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

· Strong knowledge of business development and negotiation skills

· Team and sales-oriented, results-driven, self-starter with the ability to work well with little supervision and lead a team to meet business goals
