Our client is a leading European chemicals business and are expanding rapidly in the region. They are currently looking to hire their first HR and Admin manager in Singapore to oversee an office of 11 members based in Singapore.

Working closely with the leadership team in Singapore to help in various aspects of HR.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job posting,

Successful Applicant:

• 8+ years in a HR manager role with a good blend of established MNC's and emerging brands. You should be agile, problem solving and able to set up key HR processes and be a true business partner to the CEO.

Natural Resource Analyst Responsibilities:

• Day to day nursery operations including management of materials, plant care, ordering and deliveries, irrigation needs and coordination of work/inventory among nursery users.
