This role will be reporting directly to the Shared Service Manager based in Malaysia. You will be responsible to:

• Manage end to end employee life cycle including application for work pass and dependents for foreign employees.
• Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence
• Provide input on HR policies, processes and programs to CoEs
• Support internship programs with university.
• Support local learning initiatives including conducting learning needs analysis, developing learning content, delivering training, and managing local logistics

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software such as Workday
• Familiarity with HR processes and able to apply knowledge in MOM Employment Act policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description / Duties:

• Manage full spectrum of General Human Resource matters
• Design and create learning resources, training materials and e-contents
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Handle internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
• Administer work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure the organisation in complying with local relevant regulations
• Handle General Administrative Duties
• Provide support to the various departments
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business - related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage
