• Manage all recruitment process, on-boarding activities, training and performance appraisal.
• Processing of Work Pass Applications, renewals & cancellations.
• Handling and managing employee leave records, employee information, medical claims etc.
• Handling of WICA and Insurance for employees
• Familiar with purchasing of PCP for foreign workers.
• Knowledge of Landscape Company Registration
• Handling of vehicles, accident reporting etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience as a HR Generalist (Recruitment,Payroll, Benefits, Administration etc)
• Minimum GCE O'Level/Diploma Holder
• Familiar with MOM rules & regulations is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Infotech Payroll Software would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and manage the Human Resource department to support club’s objectives.
