Key Requirements

Mandatory:

• 5-7 years experience in Business Analysis.
• 5 years experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking.
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.
• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories.
• Agile product development experience.

Nice to have:

• Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in HongKong vs Singapore (regulatory too).
• Knowledge of features offered by competitors.
• Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of property officers and technicians on daily works carried out in few shopping malls and overseeing their daily operations.
