Training & Development

Grievance handling & employee welfare

• Act as intermediary between employees for dispute resolution; Identify employee grievances on project sites and share the information with the Project Director, departments heads for resolution
• Share relevant information with healthcare providers for prompt & timely healthcare services to personnel
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain “fit to work” certification for personnel post treatment

People management

Job Description

The HR Business Partner is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for serving as a consultative business partner to senior managers within assigned business groups.

The primary responsibility of this role is to participate in the implementation of strategies relating HR and provide general HR support to employees in their area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose and Scope

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a vital role that collaborates closely with the Division HR Head and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Core purpose of the role: This position will play a pivotal role in the operations team for all HR related matters. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of HR from recruitment, onboarding/ off boarding processes, claims, training and development, as well as staff engagement and welfare of the employees.

Job scopes:

Recruitment and On-boarding

• Determine and use the appropriate sourcing channel (including Jobs Bank, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies and internal applications)
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding job specifications, posting advertisements, pre-screening of candidate’s applications according to specifications, submitting qualified applications to the hiring managers and tracking application progress to position close
• Conduct interviews

HR Operations

Employee Relations

• Support to business leaders in all employee relations matters

Offboarding

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage and execute regular benefits administrations

Employee Engagement
